HONEYCOMB MIXER/ REFORMER
Unlike conventional industrial mixer, HONEYCOMB has an
amazing performance in mixing and reforming materials (oil etc) by its distinctive
honeycomb shape invented by Dr. Kawamura, and has been used in many industrial fields in
Japan till now. (Recommended by Japan authorities). Application example is as follow. |

1) As a reformer of
vessel's fuel (heavy oil): The sludge contained in the heavy oil is head-ache
problem. However, "Honeycomb" can make the sludge into perfect minute particles.
Consequently, the particles, a kind of wax, can be used as fuel as it is. Moreover, no
need to make a very hard job for cleaning of the certrifugal purifiers since sludge can
not be found in the purifiers. In all aspects, you can reduce the total costs drastically.
"Honeycomb" is very popular with good reputation.
2) As an industrial mixer: Perfect blending for
liquid+liquid, liquid+gas, solid+gas, and solid+liquid. (eg Cement powder+CO2).
"Honeycomb" mixer can give amazing achievement. This special mixer is also quite
suitable for other industries such as oils, foods, chemicals, and agriculture,
fermentations etc. "Honeycomb" can make money. |
